Anthony Helinski is a Salem, New Hampshire–based entrepreneur with a background in education, engineering, and project management. With a Bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University and two Master’s degrees from Lesley University in General Science and Education, Anthony built his career on hands-on learning, problem-solving, and precision execution. He began his professional journey as a middle school science and reading teacher in Lawrence Public Schools, where he became known for creative, inquiry-based lesson planning and universal design. His classroom was anything but ordinary — filled with robotics projects, engineering challenges, and even live animals — creating an immersive learning environment that encouraged curiosity and innovation. Later, he transitioned into teaching Engineering and Design in Andover, Massachusetts, where he led robotics, rocket design, ergonomics projects, and curated after-school engineering and woodworking clubs. Anthony eventually moved into the gas utilities engineering field, working in project management and pipeline remediation for major East Coast utilities. During his time with Progressive Pipeline Management, he not only designed complex infrastructure projects but also developed training curriculum for employee onboarding and operator qualification programs — blending his educational expertise with engineering leadership. Today, Anthony channels his lifelong passion for building into Helinski Custom Woodworking, crafting handmade cutting boards and custom wood pieces that combine durability, function, and clean design. His engineering mindset and educator’s creativity are evident in every project. Whether in a classroom, on a job site, or in his workshop, Anthony approaches each challenge by asking: What worked? What didn’t? And how can it be improved?
